Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Intelliants LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) and users of the BANKIR.KG service (the “Service”, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please refrain from using the Service.

BANKIR.KG is a web and mobile application for personal loan and debt tracking. The Service allows users to:

• —Record loans given and received
• —Track payments and outstanding balances
• —Manage contacts and link them to financial records
• —View loan reports and statistics
• —Keep shared records with other users of the Service

The Service is a personal record-keeping tool and is not a bank, credit institution or financial intermediary. The Company does not take part in financial transactions between users.

The Service offers a free Cashier plan with limited functionality and a paid Banker plan with no limits. Current plan terms and pricing are listed on the Pricing page.

Payment for the Banker plan is a one-time payment for the period you choose (a month or a year), in US dollars, made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider Trybit on its secure hosted payment page. The Company does not receive or store your crypto wallet details or any other payment data — these are handled by Trybit.

The plan does not renew automatically: a “renewal” is simply a new payment. Once the paid period ends, the account reverts to the Cashier plan unless a new payment is made. We will notify you by email and in the Service's interface no later than 3 days before the period ends.

Paid periods are non-refundable, except as required by the mandatory laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. If a payment error occurs (for example, a duplicate charge or a payment that did not activate the plan), please reach out via the Contact us page — we review such cases individually.

Most features of the Service require registration. When registering, you must:

• —Provide a valid email address
• —Create a strong password and keep it secret
• —Not share your access credentials with third parties
• —Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Each individual may create only one account. Registration is allowed from the age of 18. You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• —Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• —Not violate the rights of third parties when entering contact and loan data
• —Not provide knowingly false information to other users
• —Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• —Not use the Service for automated data collection (scraping, bots)
• —Not reproduce, copy or distribute elements of the Platform without the Company's written permission

The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• —Illegal usury or any activity contrary to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic
• —Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful transactions
• —Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach the Service's infrastructure
• —Creating accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• —Any actions that may disrupt the Service or harm other users

The Service allows you to connect other users and give them access to individual loans and payments. Shared access is granted only by explicit invitation. You are responsible for choosing the people you give access to your data. The Company is not responsible for the actions of connected users within the access you have granted.

Personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of data in accordance with that Policy.

All rights to the Platform, including software code, design, logos, texts and other materials, belong to Intelliants LLC or are used on lawful grounds.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes. This license does not extend to copying, modifying, creating derivative products, reselling or any other commercial use of the Platform.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Company does not guarantee:

• —Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service
• —The completeness and accuracy of information entered by users
• —The safety of data in the event of force majeure

The Company is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, loss of data, or for financial relationships between users recorded in the Service.

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, including for maintenance. Where possible, we will notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.

You may delete your account at any time: in the app (Settings → «Security and sign-in» → «Delete account») or at bankir.kg/delete-account. After the request:

• —The account is locked and deleted after 30 days; until then signing in to the app restores it
• —Your personal data, loans, contacts, payments, notes and files are deleted
• —Loans shared with a linked user stay with them as their own record
• —Plan payment records are kept without a link to you for accounting
• —After the deletion the account cannot be restored

The Company may block or delete a user's account for violation of these Terms without prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service interface at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic at the Company's location.
