Delete your account

  1. How to delete

    In the BANKIR.KG app open Settings → «Security and sign-in» → «Delete account». Or sign in at app.bankir.kg with the button below and delete the account there. You confirm with your password, or with a code from the email if you sign in with Google or Telegram.

  2. When the account is deleted

    30 days after the request. Until then the account is locked: you can sign in only to restore it, with all your data in place.

  3. What is deleted

    • Your profile: name, email, phone, photo, settings, linked Google and Telegram
    • Your loans, contacts, payments, notes and files
    • Notifications, connection requests, the AI assistant history

  4. What is kept

    • Loans shared with a linked user stay with them as their record — with the history, payments and shared notes and files
    • «Banker» plan payment records — without a link to you, for accounting

  5. No access to your account?

    Email info@bankir.kg from the address of the account — we will delete it within 30 days.

To delete your account now, sign in — Settings → «Security and sign-in» opens, with «Delete account» there.
