Flexible terms for every loan
Rate, term, interest payout and currency — set separately for each arrangement, not by an average template. When the terms change, the balance is recalculated by itself.

Loan terms
What you can set for a loan
Everything you agreed on — in one form. On the right you immediately see how much interest will accrue and how much is due.
Rate per period
A daily, monthly or yearly rate — e.g. 3% a month or 24% a year.
Fixed amount
Not a percentage but an amount: 1,000 som every month or 5,000 som for the whole term.
Interest-free
A loan to a friend or relative — just the amount and the term, nothing accrues.
Repayment date
The date the debt is due — or no date, if it will be repaid when possible.
Interest payout
On schedule, any time or with the principal — as you agreed.
Loan currency
Som, dollar, euro, ruble, tenge or yuan — each loan has its own, totals in som at the current rate.
Calculation
How interest is calculated
The rules are the same in the app, the Telegram bot, the reports and the calculator on this site — the amounts always match.
Simple interest
The rate applies to the principal: no interest on interest.
From the loan date
Interest accrues from the day the money was handed over, by calendar days.
Calendar months
A month runs from the loan date to the same day of the next month: January 31 to February 28 is exactly one month. Remaining days count proportionally.
Recalculated after a payment
Every payment reduces the balance right away — interest and the amount due are recalculated automatically.
Interest payout
When interest is paid
Interest accrues the same way — the payout option only sets when to expect it.
On schedule
Every period, on the day of the month the loan was given, an interest invoice appears. Not paid on time — it becomes overdue, and you can remind the borrower with one button.
Any time
Interest adds up but is never billed or overdue: the borrower pays when convenient.
With the principal
All the interest in one payment on the repayment date, or, without a date, when the debt is repaid.
Changes
When the arrangement changes
Agreed on new terms or made a typo — fix the record, and the loan history stays correct.
Change the terms
Amount, rate, date or payout — change them at any time, the balance is recalculated.
Pause interest
Stop interest from today or a past day and resume it from the day you choose. You can have several pauses.
Fix a payment
Wrong amount or date — edit or delete the payment, the balance and interest are recalculated.
Merge loans
Several loans to one person on the same terms — into one. Balances carry over, the history is kept. Banker plan.
Shared loan
If the other side uses BANKIR.KG too
Linked users keep one loan between them — and see the same numbers.
The same terms for both
Rate, date, payments and balance match for the lender and the borrower — nothing to argue about.
The lender changes the terms
If the borrower has already confirmed the loan, they confirm it again after the terms change.
The borrower proposes
The borrower can propose to change or delete the loan — the change takes effect once the lender confirms it.
